There are ice cream trucks, and then there's Miss Twist.  Everyone loves Miss Twist's soft serve ice cream,  even Penny the dog.  Children, adults, and pets all come running when they hear the Miss Twist music. Though I stick to plain old ice cream, she also serves shakes, malts, floats, gelati, and banana boats.

Since I live in South Baltimore, I happen to know that Miss Twist spends a lot of time in my neighborhood, but I gather from her Facebook page that she occasionally cheats on us and travels as far away as Middle River and Owings Mills.  I'm okay with that as long as South Baltimore is still #1 on her route! Miss Twist also participates in the Gathering food truck rallies and is available for all kinds of special events.
